Storm Eunice is wreaking havoc across several regions of the United Kingdom and Ireland, with winds reaching speeds of up to 160 kilometres per hour. The powerful storm has caused widespread disruptions, including the cancellation of over 1,000 flights in Ireland.

More than a million homes have been left without electricity as strong winds damaged power lines across the region. Tragically, a man in Ireland lost his life after a tree fell on his car, highlighting the storm’s devastating impact.

Authorities are urging residents to stay indoors, avoid unnecessary travel, and take safety precautions as the storm continues to batter both nations. Emergency services remain on high alert to address the ongoing challenges caused by Eunice.
